Data we use

The contact form stores the name, email, phone number if you give one, and the message. A booking also stores the dates, the number of adults and children, and the calculated price. Card details are neither asked for nor stored.

The server may keep technical logs (IP address, time, requested address) for security and for the site to work.

Why, and for how long

This information is used to reply, to prepare the stay, and to keep the calendar. The basis is steps taken before a contract, then the contract once a stay is confirmed. Messages and bookings are kept for the relationship and for the accounting duties attached to it. Technical logs are not kept beyond what security requires, and not more than twelve months.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not set an audience-measurement cookie and does not use advertising networks.

The choice you make in the banner is stored in the browser’s local storage for six months. That storage is essential and limited to this consent. The demonstration notice is remembered for the current session. The host area remembers a session on the host’s computer, without an advertising cookie.

Google Fonts are loaded only if you allow them. In that case your IP address is sent to Google (Google Ireland Limited, with possible transfers outside the European Union under its standard contractual clauses) so the typefaces can download. If you refuse, the site stays readable with the browser’s own fonts. You can change your mind with “Cookie settings”.

Links to Google Maps, the château, or the tourist office leave this site. They set nothing here until you follow them.

Who receives the data

Booking and contact data stay with the host, on the server that serves this demonstration. They are not sold. Google receives data for the fonts only, and only after you agree.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to processing. You can also withdraw consent. Write through the contact form or to the address above. A complaint can be sent to the CNIL.
