Ground floor

The kitchen where everyone gathers.

A large, sociable kitchen, with a wide dining space so the whole group can eat together. Oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave: enough to feed a table of fourteen.

On this floor, one double bedroom and a bathroom. The garden and the outdoor dining area are just through the door.

First floor

The sitting room, then the bedrooms in a row.

The sitting room has green panelling, a fireplace, a gilt mirror, and a television. It is where people settle in the evening, once the table is cleared.

Two double bedrooms follow one another, and two bathrooms serve the floor: one with a bath, and a walk-in shower elsewhere in the house.

Second floor

Two dormitories, four beds each.

Under the roof timbers, two large dormitories sleep four people each. This is the floor for children, cousins, or anyone who likes falling asleep under the beams.

With the downstairs bedroom and the two bedrooms on the first floor, the house sleeps 14.

The bathrooms

Three bathrooms for the whole table.

One on the ground floor, two on the first floor. The bath and the shower share the work: a rinse after the pool, or a slower wash.
