How the price is set
The rate depends on the season of your stay. High season runs from 1 July to 31 August: 349 € a night, with a minimum of three nights. Shoulder season covers 1 April to 30 June, then 1 September to 31 October. Low season runs from 1 January to 31 March, then 1 November to 31 December. Outside high season, the minimum stay is two nights.
End-of-stay cleaning (165 €) is added to every booking. The tourist tax, when it applies, is extra. In high season, an option blocks the calendar as soon as you ask; outside high season, the request goes to the host, who confirms the price before the dates are held.
